Standard configratures of the Shear
1. The Shear machine frame is full welded structure made by welding aparatus and stress relief process by Annealing treatment.
2. The three-point rolling guide rail is used to support the blade/knife holder.
3. Estun E21S controller: LCD display the position of back gauge
4. Main electric relays contactors limited switches Schneider brand
5. Germany Rexroth or Yuken TW hydraulic valves system
6. SUNNY, USA or Allead Germany oil pump with slide-in pipes joints
7. Back gauge is moved with Ball-screw shaft and Linear guider, driven by AC motor
8. Motorized adjustment of blade gap/clearance and shearing angle
9. Hydraulic hold-downs with sequential operation
10. One set of bladder-type accumulator as an auxiliary energy source
11. Moveable foot switch with Emergency
12. Front safe guard fences to avoid fingers enter
13. One set of Rectangular blade (upper and lower) with four cutting edges, materials is 6CrW2Si/9CrSi
14. Front support arms (3sets) with length 750-1000mm
15. The universal conveying ball supporting table ,reduce the contact between sheet plate and machine work table
