Main Features,
1. Using computer-aided design. The frame, slider and other important components are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the rationality of the strength and structure of the frame. Totally EU streamlined design,Monoblock by welding robots & aparatus and stress relief process by Annealing treatment.
2. Adopt integrated high quality hydraulic system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.Siemens motors, Sunny pumps and Rexroth hydraulic valves are used.
3. The Hydraulic Guillotine shear is a Variable Rake Action machine which is produced in a variety of cutting lengths & capacity options.
4. High precision back gauge structure.The distance of the backgauge is adjusted by AC motor and is well adjusted and displayed by NC controller E21s or TP-07 or Delem DAC310 360T.
5. Equipped lighting-alignment, so easy to align when shearing. special for some users who needs measure different sizes in two sides firstly, and then cut down.
6. Special designing the large deep throat to meet some customers' special cutting demand.
7. Safe fences have been assemblied front frame of the machine to avoid hands enter the cutting area, and ensure the operation safety.
